The base fee covers identity verification, signature witnessing, and official notary stamping for a single document. Additional documents, certified copies, or translation coordination are billed separately depending on the package selected.

Same-day processing is available for most documents and may carry a modest additional fee depending on document type and volume. We confirm all charges before starting the work so there are no surprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments in Egyptian pounds at our Giza office. For corporate clients, bank transfer arrangements can be discussed in advance for larger document authentication cases.
Can I get a refund if my document cannot be notarized?
If a document cannot be legally notarized due to missing information or eligibility issues identified before processing begins, no fee is charged. Once notarization or certification work has started, fees already incurred are non-refundable.
Are government or registry fees included in your prices?
Our listed prices cover our professional notarization and administrative services. Separate government registry fees, if applicable to your specific deed or contract, are disclosed clearly before we proceed with your case.
Do prices differ for foreign-language documents?
